At night, the lights in buildings cast their reflections on the wet pavement. The blue diagonal raindrops add dynamic edges to the soggy streets, figures and mood. The people holding their umbrellas walk through the wet night. The raindrops are done with blue pastel. This is a digital painting using virtual oil paint with traditional painting techniques on texture. The painting has my initials on the front. I also sell images of my art on items.
